Korean bookseller Kyobo has recently unveiled a new e-book reader with a 5.7-inch (1024 x 768) Mirasol display. In case you didn’t know, the Qualcomm Mirasol display technology combines some of the best features of e-ink and LCD displays. The Kyobo Mirasol eReader is powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S2 processor, a customized version of Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS and WiFi connectivity. No word on pricing or availability so far.
